Our services are backed by a robust 100% Uptime Service Level Agreement, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for our clients. We utilize multiple Canadian domestic bandwidth carriers to achieve low latency local termination, and we have direct access to U.S. domestic bandwidth carriers for efficient U.S. termination. Our switching network is fully redundant, powered by Cisco and Juniper technologies, and equipped with on-site cold spares for added redundancy. Each customer cabinet and switch is connected via redundant uplinks, and we offer a wide range of customer bandwidth options from 100Mbps to 40Gbps. We are on-net for all major Canadian carriers, providing wholesale pricing on Shaw and Telus fiber connections to external sites. Additionally, we have redundant Dark Fiber connections to the Alberta Supernet and offer connectivity to multiple on-net downtown Edmonton buildings through our own Dark Fibre network. Furthermore, we host both the Hurricane Electric backbone node for Edmonton and the Edmonton Internet Exchange (YEGIX.ca), enhancing our network capabilities and ensuring optimal performance for our clients.
