Our services come with a 100% Uptime Service Level Agreement, ensuring uninterrupted performance. We leverage multiple Canadian domestic bandwidth carriers for low-latency local termination and have direct access to U.S. domestic bandwidth carriers for low-latency U.S. termination. Our switching network is fully redundant, powered by Cisco and Juniper, with on-site cold spares for added reliability. Redundant uplinks are provided to each customer cabinet and Switch. Customers can choose bandwidth options ranging from 100Mbps to 40Gbps. We are on-net for all major Canadian carriers, offering wholesale pricing on Shaw and Telus fiber connections to external sites. Our network also features redundant Dark Fiber to the Alberta Supernet and connects multiple on-net downtown Edmonton buildings through our own Dark Fibre network. Additionally, we host both the Hurricane Electric backbone node for Edmonton and the Edmonton Internet Exchange (YEGIX.ca), ensuring robust connectivity and network performance.
