Mid Range - Data Center Infrastructure

Our services are designed to ensure maximum reliability, security, and availability for your mission-critical data and applications. We offer colocation, hosting, outsourcing, and disaster recovery, with over 140 seats available for client disaster recovery. Our data center features redundant telecom fiber from Bell, AllStream, Rogers, and Atria Networks, along with a new 3-megawatt power feed from PowerStream, diesel generator/UPS, and a closed-loop chilled water system. The facility includes a complete security and monitoring system, a raised floor environment with customizable caged spaces for clients with strict security requirements, and convenient access via highways 401, 404, and 407. Clients have the flexibility to mount their equipment in their own racks or ours. The data center, built to Uptime Institute Tier 2 standards, offers dual cord power distribution upon request and N+1 redundancy for active equipment. We enhance energy efficiency with high-efficiency technologies, reducing the data center's power usage effectiveness (PUE) to 1.6 compared to the industry average of 2.6. This includes free cooling, transformerless UPS usage, and high-efficiency UPSs, lowering mechanical power requirements by up to 75%, IT power requirements by up to 15%, and improving UPS energy efficiency by up to 8%. Our scalable design allows for rapid deployment of additional servers or entire racks within three days, and we are future-proofed to accommodate emerging IT trends, including liquid cooling for servers.
